Around 30 named genera of dinosaur are known from the Isle of Wight, as well as a number of indeterminate taxa.
We’ve spilt them into groups;
Theropod dinosaurs
(the two-legged meat eating ones)
From the Berremian (Early Cretaceous)
From the more recent Upper Aptian (Mid Cretaceous)
Ornithopod dinosaurs
(plant eaters, often two-legged, but sometimes four-legged)
Sauropod dinosaurs
(The long necked ones)
If you’re looking for pterosaurs, you’ll find them HERE, since pterosaurs are not dinosaurs.
